Q. How do I claim my winnings?
A. Claim your Lotto cash winnings here or you can always find a link to claim your cash on our winners circle page.
A. GTP and T-Shirt winners will be automatically mailed. So, it is absolutely necessary to keep your records up to date on our site. Go to our Edit Profile area to update your records.
Q. I claimed my $250 cash winnings couple of days back. I haven't received my cash yet. Why does my account shows $0?
A. Once you made a request to get your cash winnings the account balance drops down to zero and you will get an e-mail with instructions on how to collect your cash. If you follow those simple instructions, then you should receive your check within 4 to 8 weeks.
Q. I won a "GotoSweepstakes.com" T-shirt 4 months back and I have not yet received.
A. Our Prize Distribution Team will mail to the address listed in our records. If your address is not right, then you may not have received your T-Shirt.
So, it is absolutely necessary to keep your records up to date on our site. Go to our Edit Profile area to update your records.
Once you have updated, please send an email to

Q. I have GotoSweepstakes.com as my home page. How do I change it to something else?
A. This happened when you were visiting our site and clicked on "Make GotoSweepstakes.com my homepage" link. To change it to the page of your choice:
1. go to VIEW
2. click on Preferences
3. for the Home Page Address, type in the URL you want your home page to be.
Q. Why do I have Log in Problems?

Q. I have an Apple computer. Can I play at your site?
